I have spent the past six years dedicating the majority of my time to my two young children.
I have a BSc in Psychology from the University of Durham and my experience as a mother has encouraged me to return to my academic roots in child psychology and psychotherapy.
I work with a number of children’s mental health charities including the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families and Place2Be.
I am now training to become a children’s counsellor.
I hope to combine my journalism to raise awareness about mental health issues relevant to children, adolescents and adults as well as look after, cherish and have fun with my family.
